Deluc has closed the distance and engaged Hughes in a clinch.
Deluc scores with an uppercut up the middle.

Deluc lands a body punch in the clinch.
Deluc lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.

Deluc goes for a takedown in the clinch but Hughes prevents it.

Deluc tries to throw a body punch but Hughes avoids it by throwing Deluc back against the cage.
Deluc gets through Hughes's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.

Hughes is trying to break the clinch but Deluc is controlling him.

Deluc cracks Hughes with a nice body shot.

Deluc drops Hughes onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Hughes is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Deluc creates some distance for himself and unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Hughes's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Hughes drops to his knees and Deluc pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
