Coming up we have a super heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Loke Axelsen (ranked 861 p4p, 3853 weight class) and Derek Combs (ranked 35 p4p, 163 weight class). Axelsen comes to the ring accompanied by Cha Cha PT2- Freddie Dredd. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Loke Axelsen!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Derek Combs!
The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Saam Ante and Radbod Blank.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Axelsen defending well as Combs loads up on a big left hand.
Combs cracks Axelsen with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the ropes.
Combs misses with a double jab
and Axelsen counters with a straight right hand.
A swing and a miss from Combs.
Combs throws a right hand that Axelsen ducks under and follows up with a left that Axelsen also avoids with ease.
A little feinted left hand from Axelsen on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Combs misses with a looping right.
An attempted straight right counter from Axelsen misses the target.
Axelsen takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Combs throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Axelsen.

Combs throws a series of punches but Axelsen avoids them all with ease.
Combs swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Axelsen.

and Combs takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
It looks like Derek Combs has been cut.
Axelsen looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

and Axelsen counters with a stiff right hand.
Combs will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Derek Combs seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Combs tries to bum rush Axelsen with a series of wild strikes but Axelsen uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Combs lunges at Axelsen with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Axelsen's hand.
Combs lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Axelsen circles away quickly and effectively.
Combs is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.

and Axelsen counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Combs misses with an uppercut
and Axelsen counters with a huge overhand right that connects right on the temple, sending him crumpling, face first to the floor! This one is all over! What a knockout!
