The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dean takes a swing at Jackson's ribcage but misses.
Dean slips a jab from Jackson.
Dean's coach down at Freaky Fight Club was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Dean's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Jackson moves out of range as Dean strikes.
The fighters circling - Dean throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

Dean misses with a two punch combination.
Dean dips to his left and cracks Jackson with an uppercut!

It looks like Gus Jackson has been cut.

Jackson was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.

Dean lunges at Jackson with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Jackson's hand.

Dean ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Jackson shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Dean pinned against the cage. Dean gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Jackson is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Dean is keeping busy.
