Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Timmy Tung (ranked 25590 p4p, 5001 weight class) and Johan Fry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 17 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Timmy Tung!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Johan Fry!
The judges for this bout are Sandra Marshall, Michael Johnstone and Daniel Franklin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fry lands with a nice combination. Tung backs away looking to recover.
Fry throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Tung sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Fry moves into range and clinches up with Tung.
Fry stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
Tung blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Fry will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Tung up against the cage.
Fry creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Tung wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Fry lands a shoulder strike.
Tung could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Fry is trying to break the clinch but Tung is controlling him.
The referee is keeping an eye on Fry - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
A body shot lands from Fry.
Fry is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Tung manages to break the clinch.
Fry paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Fry shoots in looking for a takedown. Tung tries to sprawl out of it but Fry keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Tung manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Fry just misses with a punch to the body.
Fry is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Tung.

Fry is trying hard to land a takedown here. Tung sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Fry misses with an uppercut. Tung saw that one coming.

and Tung counters with a left and a right that stings Fry.

Tung went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.

Fry takes a swing at Tung's ribcage but misses.
Fry misses with a series of wild punches.
Fry throws a series of punches but Tung avoids them all with ease.
Fry looks to land a right hand but Tung moved out of range.
It looked like Tung was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.

Fry closes the distance and clinches up with Tung, looking for a takedown. Fry pushes Tung against the cage but Tung circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Timmy Tung has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Johan Fry.

Fry cracks Tung with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

and Tung counters with a left and a right... and another left... and another!! That last one turned off the lights! Fry has no idea who he is and is as he gazes up at the spotlights. Brutal knockout!
