Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Pedro Escobar!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Jordyn Freeman!
The judges for this bout are Bart Greer, Santiago Holmes and Peter Branson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Freeman rushes Escobar and presses him up against the cage.
Freeman ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Freeman no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Escobar seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Freeman is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Escobar is controlling him.
Escobar works over Freeman with some ground and pound from guard.
Freeman is trying to keep Escobar in close.
Escobar slips nicely into half guard, despite the strikes coming from Freeman.
Escobar is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Freeman defends it well.
Escobar is trying to work for a kimura but Freeman is defending well.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Freeman tries to roll over but Escobar keeps him under control.
Escobar throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.

Escobar is looking for a kimura here.
Freeman is looking for a sweep. Escobar is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Escobar sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Freeman defending well though.
Freeman has hold of Escobar's hands but Escobar slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Freeman is rocked!
Escobar passes the guard and advances to mount!
Freeman is still in real trouble! Can Escobar finish him?
Escobar sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!
Freeman seems to have recovered his senses.
Poor strikes thrown by Escobar there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!
Freeman flailing away with punches but nothing is landing.
Freeman really wants to buck Escobar off and get back to his feet.
Escobar looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.

Freeman is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
Freeman is squirming around, avoiding Escobar's attempts to control the action.

Freeman is wriggling around here but as he tries to escape, Escobar has taken his back.

Escobar is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. Freeman has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Escobar has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Freeman taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Escobar doesn't care though - he's delighted!
