The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Mills scores a takedown into full mount!
Mills thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage.
Mane is trying desperately to improve position.
Mane tries to hold on but Mills postures up.
Mills looking to ground and pound but Mane is blocking nicely.
Mills misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
Poor strikes thrown by Mills there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Mills is in the full mount, landing strikes.

Mane tries to lock up and control but Mills gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Mills misses with a head shot.

Mills has hold of Mane's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Mane manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Mane knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Mills on the ground.
Mills throwing shots from mount but they're not landing.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Mills putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound!
Mills postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Mane in real trouble here! The ref calls for Mane to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
