Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Armen Tallow (ranked 4211 p4p, 5255 weight class) and Hayden Vega (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Hayden Vega was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tallow dives in for a single leg takedown but Vega sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Vega keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Tallow's efforts to push away.
Vega lands with a short head shot on the inside.
A right hook to the body lands for Vega.
A frustrated look appears on Tallow's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Tallow blocks a body shot from Vega.

Vega manages to break the clinch.
Tallow is trying hard to land a takedown here. Vega sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Tallow moves in looking to clinch but Vega pushes him off.
Vega avoids a punch combination nicely.
Vega wants to land a leg kick but Tallow is out of range.
Tallow drops down looking for a counter takedown but Vega sprawls and moves away.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Vega throws a series of strikes that have Tallow backpedaling.

It looks like Armen Tallow has been cut.
Vega avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Tallow is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Tallow throws a sloppy head kick and Vega moves out of range easily.
Tallow shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Vega as he avoids it easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Armen Tallow. That's going to take a lot out of him.
A left and a right from Vega both land. Nice combination.

Oh Tallow is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Hayden Vega seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Tallow is starting to get sloppy and is letting his hands down. Vega just took advantage and landed a stinging jab. Oh! Now a right hook, right on the button! Tallow has gone limp and this one is over!
