The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Couture checks a leg kick.
Couture throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
McGraw uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Couture.
Couture jabbing away but nothing is landing.
McGraw lands a nice looking body shot.
McGraw's corner calls for a 1-2. McGraw obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Couture definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
McGraw misses with a low kick.
McGraw tried to score with a low kick but Couture checks it.
Couture avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
McGraw looks to score with a jab to the body but Couture is just out of range.
Couture swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
McGraw misses with a jab, cross combination.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
A telegraphed right hand from Couture misses the target.
Couture closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
McGraw has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
McGraw moves into range and connects with a jab.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
McGraw moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.

It looks like Scooter McGraw has been cut.
McGraw lands with a hook. Couture tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

McGraw turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Couture feints and then cracks McGraw's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow McGraw down.
McGraw ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Couture misses with a hook
and McGraw counters with a nice body shot.
Couture is breathing heavily.
Couture checks a leg kick.
McGraw takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.

McGraw closes the distance and pushes Couture back into the cage.
Couture has McGraw pressed against the cage.
Stalling in the clinch from McGraw.

Couture breaks from the clinch.
Couture takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Couture takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
McGraw cracks Couture with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Couture checks a leg kick nicely.

Couture looks to land a right hand but McGraw moved out of range.
Couture takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Couture is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Couture letting McGraw take a breather here.
McGraw tries to throw a body punch but Couture avoids it by throwing McGraw back against the cage.

Couture's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Couture throws a poor cross that misses

and McGraw counters with a crisp right hand that drops Couture! McGraw lets Couture back up to his feet, looking for a finish!

It looks like Xavierntreal Couture has been cut.
Couture takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Couture keeps the fight on the outside.
Couture checks a leg kick.
Couture is looking to counter punch.

McGraw cracks Couture with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. McGraw has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Couture to stand back up!

Couture is rocked!

McGraw fires a straight punch through the middle that cracks Couture square on the jaw! Damn, Couture is out cold on his feet and topples face first to the canvas! Wow, I haven't seen a knockout that brutal in a long time!
