Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Nacho Cheese (ranked 2968 p4p, 2876 weight class) and Maximillian Herman (ranked 334 p4p, 322 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Herman closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Cheese to the mat! Cheese manages to get full guard.
Herman won't allow Cheese to sweep him here.
Herman working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.
Herman looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Cheese has his hands on Herman's head, controlling the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Herman postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
Cheese has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage.
Herman forces his way into half guard.
Herman winds up and cracks Cheese with a swinging punch to the side of the head.

It looks like Nacho Cheese has been cut.
Cheese tries to get to full guard but Herman has control of the leg.

Herman landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.

Herman slips a nice elbow through Cheese's hands, connecting with Cheese's forehead.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Nacho Cheese's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
