The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight stays on the outside here - Jenkins looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Jenkins thows a body shot but no joy.
Jenkins tries to clinch but Bruno is having none of it.
Jenkins throws a looping overhand right but Bruno ducks down to avoid it.
Bruno swats away the attempt to clinch by Jenkins.
Ned Jenkins seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Bruno rushes Jenkins and presses him up against the cage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bruno prevents a takedown attempt there.
Jenkins looking to stall.

A looping hook to the body misses from Jenkins. Bruno does a little dance to reset his feet.

Bruno clinches up against the cage.
Jenkins jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Bruno walks away with a smile on his face. Jenkins gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Bruno drives through and clinches with Jenkins against the cage.
Jenkins misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Bruno scores a nice knee to the body.
Jenkins takes a knee right on the jaw!

It looks like Ned Jenkins has been cut.
Jenkins tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Bruno connects with a knee to the head.

Jenkins is trying to break the clinch but Bruno has him pressed against the cage.
Bruno scores with a knee to the head.

Jenkins tries to pull guard but Bruno holds him up against the cage and eventually Jenkins drops back down to his feet.
Ivan Bruno has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ned Jenkins.
Jenkins is trying to break free.

and Bruno counters by moving into the clinch.
Jenkins is looking to control Bruno's arms but Bruno gets an underhook and turns him. Now Jenkins has his back to the cage.
Bruno connects with a nasty looking knee right to Jenkins's face.
Jenkins is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Jenkins can't break the clinch.
Jenkins wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Bruno lands a right hand that snaps the head of Jenkins backwards.

Bruno connects with a nasty looking knee right to Jenkins's face.
Bruno landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.

That has opened up Ned Jenkins's cut even more.

Bruno keeps control of Jenkins as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

Bruno connects with a nasty looking knee right to Jenkins's face.
Jenkins takes a shot to the head.

The crowd are getting pretty annoyed with Bruno for his constant stalling in the clinch and are voicing their displeasure.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Bruno connects with a nasty looking knee right to Jenkins's face.

Bruno decides to pull guard.
Jenkins won't allow Bruno to get back to his feet.

Bruno escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Jenkins gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Jenkins stops Bruno from standing up.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Jenkins content to sit in guard, stalling... Great. Oh but he could get punished here because Bruno has locked up a guillotine! Bruno's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Jenkins is holding on here and Bruno must be using up a lot of energy. Jenkins has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Bruno gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!
