The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mccarty doesn't manage to clinch there - Sharr Ikk circles away.
As Mccarty tries to get set, Sharr Ikk tries to push him back and clinch up but Mccarty manages to avoid the attempt.
Sharr Ikk looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Mccarty ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Mccarty uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Sharr Ikk.
As Sharr Ikk backs off Mccarty throws a huge counter combo but Sharr Ikk manages to avoid it all.
Mccarty dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Mccarty closes the distance but Sharr Ikk moves to the side
and Sharr Ikk counters with a one-two to the body.
Sharr Ikk on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Mccarty works the jab nicely.
Mccarty shoots in but no luck this time.
Mccarty throws a good cross that connects.

Mccarty doesn't manage to clinch there - Sharr Ikk circles away.
Sharr Ikk avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Sharr Ikk is looking to counter punch.
Sharr Ikk gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Mccarty works over Sharr Ikk's head and body with a nice combination.
Sharr Ikk takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

Sharr Ikk is rocked!
Mccarty throws a nasty head kick that just misses. He throws another kick to the head of his opponent and almost takes it off! Sharr Ikk crumples to the floor and the fight is over!
