Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Shirou Masuda and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cuchi misses with a body shot.
Suarez takes a swing at Cuchi's ribcage but misses.
Cuchi misses with a two punch combination.
Suarez throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Cuchi counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Cuchi uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Suarez.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Suarez throws a hook to the side of Cuchi's head but Cuchi sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Cuchi swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Cuchi throws a right hand that Suarez ducks under and follows up with a left that Suarez also avoids with ease.
Suarez swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.

It looks like Rico Suarez has been cut.

Suarez throws a lazy right hand but Cuchi sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Cuchi uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Suarez.
Suarez moves out of range of the strikes.
Suarez steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Cuchi.
Suarez takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Cuchi catches Suarez with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Suarez throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
As Suarez looks to move away, Cuchi throws a big counter combo but Suarez just gets out of the way.
Cuchi avoids the body shot from Suarez.
A big right from Suarez misses.
Cuchi throws a right and a left that both miss.

Suarez throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
A counter left hand to the body from Cuchi misses its target.
Cuchi misses with a few strikes there.
Cuchi throws a body shot but no joy.
Cuchi fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Suarez manages to avoid it.
Suarez throws a counter combo.
Suarez throws a body punch but Cuchi moves out of range.
Suarez fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Cuchi to the ground. Suarez is now in Cuchi's guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Suarez lands a couple of digs.
Cuchi knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Suarez on the ground.
Suarez scores with a decent looking elbow strike.

Cuchi is rocked!

Suarez connects with a couple of short punches.
Oh Cuchi is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Suarez arches his back and unloads with a massive left and a right! Cuchi's eyes roll back into his head, he's out cold! The ref dives in to stop the fight - wow, they were hard shots!
