The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Atreides misses with the combination.
Woolard ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
A thudding body kick lands there by Atreides!
Woolard tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Atreides looks to clinch
and Woolard counters with a three punch combo that has Atreides backing up. Atreides nods at Woolard to acknowledge the strikes.

Woolard is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Atreides defends well.

Woolard moves into the clinch.
Atreides throws a knee to the head but misses.
Woolard tries to score a body lock takedown but Atreides shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Woolard drops down looking for an ankle pick but Atreides pulls his leg out and moves away.

Woolard drives through and clinches with Atreides against the cage.
Woolard blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Atreides prevents the takedown attempt.
Leto Atreides has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tyson Woolard.
Woolard tries to pull guard but Atreides holds him up against the cage and eventually Woolard drops back down to his feet.

Woolard escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Atreides is refusing to be controlled, as Woolard sits in half guard.

Atreides gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Woolard to score an easy takedown into full guard.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!

Woolard closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Woolard is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Atreides pushes Woolard off looking to stand but Woolard dives back in and keeps control.
Woolard wants to take a breather but Atreides is having none of it.
Atreides tries to kick Woolard off but Woolard keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Atreides scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Woolard manages to mount him!
Atreides is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.

Woolard can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Atreides is looking to escape.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Woolard has hold of one of Atreides's legs. Atreides is fighting the takedown attempt but Woolard gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
