Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mason Anderson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Frank Dennis and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Anderson closes this distance looking for a takedown but Katsuemon circles away.
Katsuemon tries to clinch but Anderson moves out of range.
Katsuemon misses with a two punch combination.
Anderson throws a push kick but Katsuemon slaps the foot to one side.
Katsuemon has closed the distance and engaged Anderson in a clinch.
Anderson can't get the takedown.
Katsuemon is fighting off a takedown attempt but Anderson is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Katsuemon to the mat. Katsuemon regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
Anderson thows a big elbow that misses.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Katsuemon can do anything to dispel that myth.

Anderson is looking to take a break and control but Katsuemon is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Katsuemon really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Anderson. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Anderson wants to pass the guard but Katsuemon is defending well.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Anderson is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Katsuemon is just riding it out for now. Anderson eventually gives up the hold.

Some bone on bone action there as Anderson checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.

Katsuemon tries to work over Anderson's front leg with a kick but Anderson checks it.
Anderson fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.

and Katsuemon counters with a series of strikes. Anderson will be more careful next time no doubt.

Anderson looks frusrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Anderson tries to clinch there but Katsuemon circles away.
An inside leg kick from Katsuemon misses.
Anderson with a lazy takedown attempt
and Katsuemon makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Katsuemon swats away the attempt to clinch by Anderson.

Anderson takes the fight into the clinch.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Anderson darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Anderson is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Anderson seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Katsuemon is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
