Nice takedown defense from Mitchell. No joy for Takahashi on that attempt.
Mitchell defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Takahashi.
Mitchell tries for a takedown but Takahashi circles away easily
and Takahashi counters with a takedown into side control.
Takahashi tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Takahashi has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Mitchell is trying to improve his position.
Mitchell knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Takahashi on the ground.
Mitchell misses with an elbow from the bottom.
