Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mitsu Hide (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pena Vanilla (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Mitsu Hide!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Pena Vanilla!
The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Shirou Masuda.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hide shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Vanilla but Vanilla pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Hide shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Vanilla defends it nicely.
Vanilla loads up on a big right hand but Hide slips the punch.
Vanilla throws an overhand right that lands on Hide's shoulder, as Hide tries to avoid the shot.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Vanilla digs a good hook to Hide's body.
Hide shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Vanilla pinned against the cage. Vanilla gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mitsu Hide. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Hide fails with the takedown.

Hide fails to land the takedown.
Hide checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Hide shoots for a double leg takedown but Vanilla sprawls well. He's pushed Hide's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Hide shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Vanilla as he avoids it easily.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Vanilla walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Hide checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Vanilla lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.

It looks like Mitsu Hide has been cut.
Nice uppercut there from Vanilla.
Hide shoots in and drives through. Vanilla sprawls well.
Vanilla darts in and lands a big hook, right on the button! Hide's legs crumble underneath him as he falls to the canvas! The ref tackles Vanilla before he gets to land any more shots to his stricken foe.
