The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, William Gold and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
maykit shoots for a takedown but Red saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Red closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming maykit to the mat! maykit manages to get full guard.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
maykit has a closed guard, preventing Red from standing up.
Red must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Red drops back looking for a leg! maykit is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and maykit manages to kick Red off! Red jumps back into maykit's guard.
