The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Taro Takaoka and Yukihiro Shimada.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Arruda lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.

Arruda darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Arruda knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Dombrovski on the ground.
Dombrovski flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
Arruda tries to pass the half guard into mount. Dombrovski knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Arruda throwing shots but Dombrovski is blocking nicely.
Arruda seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.
Arruda trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.

Dombrovski is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Arruda pulls his head out easily.
Arruda takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Dombrovski on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.

Arruda would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Arruda looking to sit in guard and control but Dombrovski gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Dombrovski controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Dombrovski passes easily into side control. Nice work.

Dombrovski has hold of Arruda's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Arruda tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Dombrovski cranks the arm and Arruda screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Arruda, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
