Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Pano Chudo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and BJ Jay (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jay is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: I Get Knocked Down. Pano Chudo could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to BJ Jay's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jay jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Chudo slips a straight right by Jay.
Chudo slips under a jab.
Jay swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Jay throws a jab but it's blocked by Chudo.
Chudo takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Chudo lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
A big left from Chudo misses.
Jay throws a jab when Chudo was well out of range.
Chudo throws a hook to the side of Jay's head but Jay sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Chudo scores with a punch to the head.
Chudo throws a shot to the body.
Jay throws a jab but it's blocked by Chudo.
Chudo comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Jay lands a head shot.
Chudo stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
A slow jab from Jay misses its intended target.
A nice combination there by Jay.

It looks like Pano Chudo has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Jay throws a jab but it's blocked by Chudo.
Jay connects with a nice looking jab.

Oh Chudo is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Chudo takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Chudo is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.

Chudo looks to land a left hand but Jay moved out of range nicely.
Jay might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
Chudo scores with a crisp jab that stopped Jay in his tracks.
Chudo seems to have got his legs back now.

Chudo uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Jay has time to react.
Jay uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Chudo.
Chudo swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
letting Jay counter with a right hand.
Chudo misses with a double jab.
Jay misses with a straight left.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Jay, as that shot connected.
Chudo takes one on the button.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Jay swings for the body but Chudo moves out of range.
BJ Jay seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Chudo lands a nice hook to Jay's body. Jay takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Chudo keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Chudo avoids the body shot from Jay.
Jay takes a body punch but keeps moving.

Jay ducks right into an uppercut from Chudo.
Jay gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Chudo.
Jay lands a nice shot that snaps Chudo's head back.
Chudo cracks a nice hook into Jay's ribs.
Chudo slips a jab from Jay.
Jay misses with a shot to the body
and Chudo counters with a stiff right hand.
Chudo ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Jay lands an overhand right.
Jay bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Chudo ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Jay looks gassed!
Jay scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Chudo defending well as Jay loads up on a big left hand.
Jay pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Chudo jabs Jay right on the nose. Jay blinks but takes it well.
Jay throws a shot from downtown. Chudo moves away and avoids it.
Jay missing with a left hand there. Chudo was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

Jay shoots for a takedown but Chudo saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Chudo fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Jay looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Jay takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Chudo misses with a combination
and Jay counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Chudo uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Jay.
Chudo scores with a shot to the body.
Chudo lands an overhand right.

Chudo displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Jay throws out the jab.
Chudo throws a one two combo.
Chudo rushes Jay with punches - Jay moves straight backwards instead of circling and gets clipped by the second strike... and the third... and the fourth! Oh, Jay goes down! Chudo follows up with more strikes and the ref steps in to end the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:39 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Pano Chudo!
