Dunn comes to the cage accompanied by My Way - Frank Sanatra. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dunn swings and misses with a hook to the body.
champ fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
champ shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Dunn sprawls well. Dunn wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. champ gets slowly back to his feet.
Dunn throws a body punch but champ moves out of range.
champ takes one to the side of the head.
Dunn stuffs the takedown attempt from champ. champ gets slowly back to his feet.
Alexander Dunn has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of the champ.
Dunn thows a body shot but no joy.
A big left from Dunn misses.
champ shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Dunn pinned against the cage. Dunn gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Dunn sizes up champ with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
champ tries to land a leg kick but Dunn saw it coming and moves away.
Dunn misses with a jab, cross combination.
champ takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Dunn lands a lovely overhand right.

Dunn lands a glancing blow to the side of champ's head.
champ drops his hands momentarily and Dunn takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Dunn is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
champ tries to score a power double leg takedown but Dunn sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten champ somewhat.
the champ seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
champ takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Dunn leaves champ with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Dunn is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Dunn paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

It looks like the champ has been cut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
champ fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Dunn avoids it really well and circles away.
Dunn stuffs the takedown attempt from champ. champ gets slowly back to his feet.
champ looks gassed!
champ shoots in but no luck this time.
champ takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Dunn is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.

champ is trying desperately to land a takedown but Dunn is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for champ.

Dunn dances in with a quick combination. champ is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Dunn snaps champ's head back. champ stumbles backwards against the cage. Dunn steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with champ's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. champ just didn't come prepared.
