Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jan Szczevnikov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brewster B (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

With a record of 11 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Brewster B!
The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Chris Edwards and William Gold.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
B thumps Szczevnikov with a low kick.

B has managed to clinch.

B escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Szczevnikov walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.

Szczevnikov shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
B pushes Szczevnikov off looking to stand but Szczevnikov dives back in and keeps control.
B is controlling Szczevnikov's position as best he can from this difficult position.
B tries to roll over but Szczevnikov keeps him under control.
Szczevnikov wants to lay and pray for a moment but B keeps working.

Szczevnikov is sneakily working for an arm triangle but B sees it coming and defends easily.

Szczevnikov looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
B gets full guard.

B wants to sweep here but Szczevnikov controlling him for the moment.
Szczevnikov chips away with some ground and pound.
B manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Szczevnikov wants to control but B is having none of it.

Szczevnikov is squirming around, avoiding B's attempts to control the action.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
B tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

B is trying to control. Szczevnikov wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
B is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.
Szczevnikov really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Szczevnikov throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! B escapes and throws Szczevnikov's legs to the side, diving into side control!

Szczevnikov manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
B uses his free foot to push down on Szczevnikov's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Szczevnikov.

A close round but Brewster B will probably get the nod.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

B with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.

B drives through and clinches with Szczevnikov against the cage.
Szczevnikov has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. B is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
B lands with a light punch inside.

B breaks the clinch.
A nice inside leg kick there by B. That's going to slow Szczevnikov down.
B throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Szczevnikov shoots in looking for a takedown. B tries to sprawl out of it but Szczevnikov keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. B manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts B, as that shot connected.

B lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
B stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.

B has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
B uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Szczevnikov has time to react.
