Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, John Kurikka!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Cecil Peabody and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kuyt connects with a high kick.
Kuyt is looking to slow Kurikka down with leg kicks.
Kurikka takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Kurikka tries to bum rush Kuyt with a series of wild strikes but Kuyt uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Kurikka on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Kuyt. Kuyt obviously looking to wear him down.
Kurikka looks gassed!
Kuyt cracks the inside of Kurikka's front leg.
Kurikka takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Kuyt! Kurikka is out on his feet! Kuyt rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Kurikka is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Kurikka is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
