Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Quentin Cane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Larry Lennox (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cane comes to the cage accompanied by Alice In Chains - Man In The Box. Larry Lennox is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cane looks to land a combination but Lennox avoids it well.
Lennox tries to clinch up.

Lennox rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Cane moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Cane throws the kick towards the body but Lennox avoids it.
Cane loads up on a big right hand but Lennox slips the punch.

Cane thows a body shot but no joy.
Lennox tries to close the distance and clinch up but Cane swats him away and circles back towards the center.
A clash of legs there as Lennox blocks the low kick.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Lennox misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Lennox fails with an attempt to clinch.
Lennox throws a hook to the side of Cane's head but Cane sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Cane fails to land with a series of punches.
Cane scores with the left hand. Lennox knows he should have avoided that one.
Cane throws a leg kick but Lennox sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Lennox closes the distance and clinches up with Cane, looking for a takedown. Lennox pushes Cane against the cage but Cane circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Cane throws a combination that misses

and Lennox moves into the clinch.
Lennox tries to circle away but Cane has him pinned against the cage.
Cane wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Cane looks to throw the jab but Lennox is out of range.

Horrible takedown by Lennox or perhaps it was just good defense by Cane which made him look bad.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Cane throws a body punch but Lennox moves out of range.
Lennox uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Cane.
Cane throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Lennox stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

and Lennox counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Cane is looking to improve his position.
Lennox is trying to control the action in half guard but Cane is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Well, if Lennox is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

Cane is looking for a sweep. Lennox is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Cane tries to lock up and control but Lennox gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
