Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Big Jim Yorke (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Big Mac (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mac comes into a darkened arena with his song building. The Fight Song kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Big Jim Yorke could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Big Mac's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yorke doesn't manage to clinch there - Mac circles away.
Yorke moves in looking to clinch but Mac pushes him off.
Yorke shoots in but no luck this time.
Yorke keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Yorke shoots and misses
and Mac counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Yorke thinking.
Yorke throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Mac pushes Yorke up against the cage in a clinch.
Yorke tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Mac smiles and moves away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Big Jim Yorke. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Yorke avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Mac fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Yorke looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Yorke throws a sloppy head kick and Mac moves out of range easily.
Yorke is breathing heavily.
Yorke looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Mac scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Mac tries for a takedown but Yorke circles away easily
and Yorke counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.

Mac shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Yorke defends it nicely.

Mac tries to score a power double leg takedown but Yorke sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Mac somewhat.

Mac shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Mac showed some decent athleticism there.

The fighters are battling for position here. Yorke manages to regain full guard. Nice work.

Mac got a little sloppy there for a moment and Yorke has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Mac has managed to get both his arms back between Yorke's legs - danger averted.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Mac stops Yorke from standing up.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

and Mac counters into the clinch. Nicely done.

Yorke scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!

It looks like Big Mac has been cut.

Yorke has taken the fight to the clinch.

Mac tries to keep at a distance but Yorke has taken the fight into the clinch.
Yorke is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Mac is defending well for now.

Yorke breaks from the clinch.
Mac takes a head kick and keeps coming.

Yorke clinches with his opponent.

Yorke jumps into guard, dragging Mac to the mat.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Yorke is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Yorke is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Yorke bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Mac's guard.

A close round but Big Mac will probably get the nod.

Yorke drops Mac with a naaaaasty hook - Mac is in real trouble here! Yorke dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!
