Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Glen DANZIG (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and El Raton Vaquero (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). DANZIG's entrance music is The Misfits-Where Eagles Dare. A fine choice. Glen DANZIG could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to El Raton Vaquero's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Vaquero is defended easily by DANZIG.

DANZIG throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Vaquero was covering up waiting for the punch and DANZIG finishes the takedown easily into guard.
DANZIG stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Vaquero swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Vaquero doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
Vaquero utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
DANZIG tries to free his leg and advance position but Vaquero is retaining full guard.

Vaquero manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. DANZIG manages to get himself to full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Vaquero postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! DANZIG is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Vaquero, into his guard.
DANZIG sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Vaquero's guard.

DANZIG tries to stand and escape but Vaquero is controlling the position.

DANZIG is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Vaquero doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time DANZIG.

DANZIG is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Vaquero defends it well.

DANZIG has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

DANZIG wants to get back to his feet but Vaquero is holding on tight.

DANZIG has control of Vaquero's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Vaquero regains control of the situation pretty easily.
DANZIG is breathing heavily.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

DANZIG stands up from the dominant position, so we're back on the feet.

Vaquero is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but DANZIG is surviving well by controlling Vaquero's body position as best he can.
DANZIG bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!

DANZIG dips to his left and cracks Vaquero with an uppercut!
Vaquero has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from DANZIG finds it's way round the side to connect with Vaquero's head.

Vaquero is working for the choke. I would put my money on him to finish from this position. He's rolled onto his back and has dragged DANZIG with him. DANZIG is trying to defend but Vaquero has an arm under the chin now! DANZIG grimaces and is forced to tap out!
