Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jason Miller!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Buck Martyrdom!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Frank Dennis and Wesley Smith.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Martyrdom scores with a slapping inside leg kick.

Martyrdom moves into the clinch.
Martyrdom is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Miller pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Martyrdom stalling the fight.
Martyrdom can't break the clinch.
Martyrdom is looking to break free of the clinch but Miller has double underhooks.

Martyrdom successfully pulls guard.
Martyrdom wants to get back to his feet but Miller is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Miller working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Martyrdom is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Martyrdom utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

Miller throws a strike but Martyrdom rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Miller wants to stand up but Martyrdom is controlling him.
Miller has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Martyrdom shoots in and drives through. Miller sprawls well.

Miller darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
