Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Bob Blunt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vacily Romanoff (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Blunt kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Danzig - Mother. Romanoff has chosen Copenhagen as his entrance music. Bob Blunt could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Vacily Romanoff's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Romanoff swats away the attempt to clinch by Blunt.
Blunt fails in his attempt to clinch.
Romanoff avoids the head kick by Blunt.
Blunt tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Blunt tries to clinch up.

Blunt gets caught flat footed, as Romanoff shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Blunt is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Romanoff stands up from Blunt's guard - Romanoff perhaps looking for a knockout.
Blunt is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Blunt slips a jab and a cross from Romanoff.
Blunt tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Romanoff paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Romanoff throws a low kick but it's checked well by Blunt.

Romanoff bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Romanoff decides to stand up, so the ref orders Blunt to his feet.

Romanoff decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Blunt looks like he's trying to stand up.
Romanoff tries to stand and escape but Blunt is controlling the position.
Blunt wants to control but Romanoff is keeping busy and won't allow it.

Romanoff escapes and gets back to his feet.
Romanoff moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Romanoff misses with a wild combination.
No joy there for Romanoff, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Blunt is looking to clinch.

Blunt misses with a body shot.

Romanoff shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Blunt's guard.

Blunt had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Romanoff is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Blunt Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Romanoff's back instead.

Romanoff has the hand control, trying to stop the rear naked choke.
Blunt will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Romanoff looks gassed!

Blunt working for a RNC but it's not happening just yet.

Romanoff wants to get back to his feet. He's half way up but Blunt drags him back down with a jolt, managing to get his forearm deep under Romanoff 's chin! Romanoff is in real trouble! His face is turning bright red and he's forced to tap! This one is all over!
