The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

A head kick lands from Derleth that sends mccabe to the canvas. mccabe tries to scramble back to his feet but Derleth brings him back down into side control.

It looks like josh mccabe has been cut.

Derleth decides to stand up, so the ref orders mccabe to his feet.

mccabe tries to keep at a distance but Derleth has taken the fight into the clinch.

Derleth pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
