The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Free trade fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Yokohama sprawls well initially but Free trade persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Free trade is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Yokohama wants to control but Free trade is keeping busy.

Free trade is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Yokohama sees it coming and defends easily.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Free trade looking to pass the half guard. Not this time.

Free trade is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

Free trade is looking for a kimura here.
Free trade wants to stand but Yokohama has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now.

Yokohama wants to improve his position but Free trade is controlling well.

Free trade seems to be working for a kimura but Yokohama defends the submission attempt.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Free trade is controlling the pace.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Yokohama moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.

Yokohama had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Free trade is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Yokohama Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Free trade's back instead.

Free trade breaks Yokohama's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.

Yokohama manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Free trade manages to get himself to full guard.

Free trade has his foot on Yokohama's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Yokohama works his way back into a safe position though.

Free trade has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Yokohama should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Free trade has tightened it up now! Yokohama should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
