Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tetsuya Nakashiba (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joey Long (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Nakashiba might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Moonlight Densetsu!. Tetsuya Nakashiba has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Long swats away the attempt to clinch by Nakashiba.
Long moves out of range of the body kick from Nakashiba.
A head kick misses from Nakashiba.
Nakashiba misses with a body kick.
Long circles away from the clinch attempt.
Nakashiba goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
An inside leg kick lands from Nakashiba.
Long circles away from the clinch attempt.
Nakashiba dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Long. That did some damage!
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Nakashiba doesn't manage to clinch there - Long circles away.
Tetsuya Nakashiba seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nakashiba misses with a low kick.
Nakashiba drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Long struggling a bit here.

Long is trying to improve his position.
Nakashiba is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Long knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
You can see the frustration on Long's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Nakashiba misses with a low kick as Long jumps back.
Nakashiba tries to land a front kick but Long steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Nakashiba has managed to clinch.
Long tightens his grip and picks Nakashiba up, before dumping him to the ground. Nakashiba manages to land in guard.
Nakashiba is looking for a triangle but Long pushes his legs off easily.
Long showing good wrestling skills to control the position.
Nakashiba wants to sweep here but Long controlling him for the moment.
Long stays in close to Nakashiba's body and controls the position.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

Long wants to control from the top but Nakashiba keeps moving.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Nakashiba throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Nakashiba fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Long manages to avoid it.
Nakashiba looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Long!
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Long holds on to Nakashiba around his waist, trying desperately to prevent any attacks.

Long tries to improve his position but Nakashiba has taken his back! Nakashiba has a choke - it's sunk in pretty tight... Will Long tap? No... maybe... yes! He's tapped! Nakashiba Pushes Long away and gets up to celebrate with his corner!
