Longson comes into a darkened arena with his song building. its a fight kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! The key to victory for Napoleon Hiesel has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Longson displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Hiesel.
Hiesel looks for a takedown but Longson sprawls well.
Hiesel looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Hiesel wants to clinch up but Longson keeps it at a distance.
Hiesel swings for the body but Longson moves out of range.

Hiesel rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Longson moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Hiesel cracks Longson with an open hand slap.
Hiesel shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Longson sprawls well. Longson wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Hiesel gets slowly back to his feet.

and Longson counters with a shoot takedown. Hiesel fights it but they end up in guard.
Longson must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Longson drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Longson jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Longson looks gassed!

Longson has gone for a leg lock! Hiesel slips out almost immediately though and dives into Longson's guard.
Hiesel sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Longson's guard.

Hiesel is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Longson is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
