Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Shannon Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Adrian Marquez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brown comes to the cage accompanied by skön låt. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Shannon Brown!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Adrian Marquez!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Chris Downing and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marquez throws a wild body kick that Brown sees coming a mile off.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Brown.
Marquez sneaks back into half guard.
Brown trying to advance position but Marquez counters by regaining guard.
Brown drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Marquez manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Brown has Marquez in his guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Brown working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Marquez doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Marquez manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Brown is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a tringle but Marquez frees his head nicely. Oh but Brown has switched to an armbar! Marquez is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
