Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Alexander Jonasson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Koko Bang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jonasson comes to the cage accompanied by It's the FINAL countdown. Alexander Jonasson could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Koko Bang's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jonasson throws a series of punches but Bang moves out of range.
Jonasson is looking to clinch but Bang is avoiding it.
Jonasson circles away from the clinch attempt.

Jonasson has Bang up against the cage in a clinch.
Jonasson is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.

Jonasson breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Horrible takedown by Bang or perhaps it was just good defense by Jonasson which made him look bad.

Jonasson has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Bang is working away from the top position though.
Bang has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

Bang manages to capitalize on a mistake by Jonasson to take his back!

The crowd hopeful of a finish here - Bang's supporters are on their feet, screaming for him to go for the rear naked choke.

Jonasson trying to control the hands but Bang won't let him.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

A lull in the action here.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Jonasson grimaces as he takes a shot to the body.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Bang decides to pull guard.

Bang working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Jonasson doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Jonasson manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Bang has his foot on Jonasson's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Jonasson works his way back into a safe position though.

Bang stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Jonasson swivels though and keeps the full guard.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Jonasson wants to clinch.
Bang tries to clinch but Jonasson is having none of it.

Jonasson gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Jonasson tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Bang smiles and moves away.

Jonasson's corner calls for a 1-2. Jonasson obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

Bang keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Koko Bang showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!

Jab, jab by Bang - just one landing.

Bang goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Bang throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Jonasson closes the distance and pushes Bang back into the cage.
Bang wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Bang goes for a takedown attempt but Jonasson pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

Jonasson has Bang pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Bang manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Bang wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Jonasson has him pressed against the cage.
Jonasson is trying to drag Bang to the mat but Bang just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Jonasson has had enough of the clinch but Bang keeps him there for the moment.

Jonasson is fighting to break Bang's control of his arms but Bang is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

Bang has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Jonasson can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Jonasson shoots in but Bang avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Bang shoots in looking for a takedown. Jonasson tries to sprawl out of it but Bang keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Jonasson manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Bang tries to bum rush Jonasson with a series of wild strikes but Jonasson uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

And that's the end of the fight!
