The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smolar uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Black has time to react.
Black slips a jab and a cross from Smolar.
Black looks to score with a jab to the body but Smolar is just out of range.
Smolar throws a lazy right hand but Black sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Smolar fails to land with a series of punches.
Black avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
