The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Goldberg stuffs the takedown attempt from landon. landon gets slowly back to his feet.
landon lands a front kick.
landon tries to clinch up.
landon tries to clinch but Goldberg moves out of range.
landon shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Goldberg pinned against the cage. Goldberg gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
No luck for landon with that takedown attempt.

A head kick from landon lands but Goldberg takes it in his stride.
landon closes the distance and clinches up with Goldberg, looking for a takedown. landon pushes Goldberg against the cage but Goldberg circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
landon shoots for a double leg takedown but Goldberg sprawls well. He's pushed landon's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Nice takedown defense from Goldberg. No joy for landon on that attempt.
Goldberg takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
landon tries to clinch but Goldberg is having none of it.
landon changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Goldberg tries to avoid it but landon manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Goldberg to the ground. Goldberg escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

landon misses with a takedown attempt - Goldberg sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
landon takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
