Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Maxime Laforce (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wayne Rosso (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Alec Ball and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rosso wants to clinch up but Laforce keeps it at a distance.
Laforce fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Rosso is out of range.
Rosso feints and as Laforce raises his hands in defense, Rosso changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Rosso works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Laforce has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Rosso is working away from the top position though.

Rosso closes the distance and clinches up with Laforce, looking for a takedown. Rosso pushes Laforce against the cage but Laforce circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Rosso is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

That was a close round but I would say that Maxime Laforce will probably get the nod.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Maxime Laforce.
