The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
jay avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Nice sprawl there from Desouza as jay shoots in.
jay avoids a punch combination nicely.
jay tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Desouza paws at him with a jab and circles away.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from jay.
jay lands with a right hand.
Desouza clinches but jay breaks the clinch

and jay counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Desouza's guard now.

jay drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and jay jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Desouza wants to stand and escape but jay is having none of it.
jay trying to control but Desouza is working from the bottom.

jay drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says jay as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Desouza screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with jay! Nice submission victory there!
