Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Cory Trevor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Miquel Felix da Costa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Trevor's entrance music is Trailor Park Boys Theme. A fine choice. Miquel Felix da Costa told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck with that takedown attempt from Trevor.
Trevor dives in and grabs Felix da Costa's left leg, looking for a takedown. Felix da Costa pushes down on Trevor's head and hops out.
Felix da Costa bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Trevor's head backwards.
Trevor fails with the takedown.

Felix da Costa rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Trevor moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Trevor changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Felix da Costa tries to avoid it but Trevor manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Felix da Costa to the ground. Felix da Costa escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Felix da Costa throws a lazy right hand but Trevor sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Felix da Costa decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

I would just about give that final round to Miquel Felix da Costa.
