Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Christian Makela (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sipho Maseco (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Maseco has chosen Tan Dun - For The World (Hero Soundtrack) as his entrance music. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Sipho Maseco!
The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Roosa Järviläinen and Tarja Halkonen.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Makela takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Makela moves in looking to clinch but Maseco pushes him off.
Makela tries to close the distance and clinch up but Maseco swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Maseco throws a sloppy head kick and Makela moves out of range easily.
Makela wants to clinch up but Maseco keeps it at a distance.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!

Makela takes the fight into the clinch.
Maseco lands a good knee to the midsection. Makela won't want to take too many of those.
Maseco wants to break free but Makela has control.
Maseco avoids a wild elbow strike from Makela.

Maseco breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Makela throws a low kick but it's checked well by Maseco.
Maseco bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Makela's head.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Maseco throws a quick inside leg kick.
Makela is breathing heavily.
Maseco connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Maseco. Makela shrugs it off though.
A nice inside leg kick there by Maseco. That's going to slow Makela down.
A solid leg kick lands there for Maseco.
Maseco lands with a big left! Makela is wobbled badly! Maseco comes in with a flurry of punches and drops Makela to the floor. The ref jumps in to save him from unneccessary punishment.
