Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Adrian Marquez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hard Nose (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hard Nose will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Adrian Marquez!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Hard Nose!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Alan Glass and Frank Dennis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marquez misses with a jab, cross combination.
Nose tries to close the distance and clinch but Marquez swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Marquez swats away the attempt to clinch by Nose.
Adrian Marquez seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nose fails with an attempt to clinch.
Nose avoids a punch combination nicely.
Marquez keeps the fight on the outside.
Nose wants to clinch.
Marquez will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Nose tries to close the distance and clinch up but Marquez swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Marquez moves into range and clinches up with Nose.
Marquez stalls.

Marquez's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Nose tries to clinch but Marquez moves out of range.
Marquez misses with a wild combination.
Marquez throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Nose.
Marquez goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!

Marquez takes the fight into the clinch.

Marquez breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Nose moves in looking to clinch but Marquez pushes him off.
Nose closes the distance looking to clinch

and Marquez decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Nose's guard.

Nose is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Nose manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Marquez manages to get himself to full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Nose wants to stand and escape but instead Marquez has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
Marquez advances position into side control!
Nose takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.

Marquez working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.

Marquez tries for a kimura but Nose is defending well.

Nose is positioning himself to get back to half guard.

Marquez has an Americana. Nose didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Marquez is delighted and gyrates infront of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Marquez hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
