Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Peter Compton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sirius Bidness (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bidness is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: GRRRRR!!. Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Sirius Bidness enters the ring!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Peter Compton!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Sirius Bidness!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Yukihiro Shimada and Taro Takaoka.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Compton takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Compton throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Bidness sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Compton tries to clinch up.
Bidness throws a right and a left that Compton avoids nicely.
Compton has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Compton there as he acknowledges the shot.
Compton wants to clinch.

Bidness takes the fight into the clinch.
Bidness lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Compton has a couple of punches blocked by Bidness.
Bidness avoiding damage as Compton throws knees to the body.
Bidness throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
Compton is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Bidness is defending well for now.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Compton goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Bidness lands with a right to the head.

Compton with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.

Bidness goes for a takedown attempt but Compton pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

Sirius Bidness seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Bidness has closed the distance and engaged Compton in a clinch.

Bidness closes the distance and clinches up with Compton, looking for a takedown. Bidness pushes Compton against the ropes but Compton circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Bidness changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Compton looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Bidness decides to stand up, so the ref orders Compton to his feet.
Compton lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Bidness circles away quickly and effectively.
A punch lands to the side of Bidness 's head but he takes it in his stride.

and Compton counters with a head kick.

Compton fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Bidness on the side of the head.

Bidness displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Compton throws out the jab.

and Bidness counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Compton thinking.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

and Bidness counters with a left and a right that stings Compton.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Peter Compton will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

That was a close second round but I would say that Peter Compton will probably get the nod.

Peter Compton is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
