The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lesnar lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Kjellstrom backs up against the cage.
Kjellstrom avoids the body shot from Lesnar.
Lesnar looks for a takedown but Kjellstrom sprawls well.
Kjellstrom misses with a straight right.
Kjellstrom showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Lesnar.
Lesnar shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Lesnar ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.

Lesnar shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Kjellstrom's guard.

Kjellstrom has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Lesnar can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
