Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, Eddie Farnsworth and Dean Styles.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
MacReady looks to score with a jab to the body but Gracie is just out of range.
MacReady will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Gracie dodges the punch combination from MacReady.
MacReady just misses with a punch to the body.

Gracie darts in and clinches MacReady up against the cage.
Gracie prevents MacReady from breaking the clinch.

Gracie breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Gracie changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. MacReady looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Gracie is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. MacReady can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Gracie has hold of MacReady's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and MacReady manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Gracie is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But MacReady has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from MacReady!

MacReady has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Gracie is trying to control the position but MacReady postures up.
MacReady knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Gracie on the ground.
MacReady would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Gracie will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.

MacReady tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Gracie paws at him with a jab and circles away.

MacReady stuns Gracie with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
MacReady lands with an uppercut that bounces Gracie off the cage and back into rage.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
