Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Phuc Yu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paragon Magnus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Yu's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Thai Fight Song. Yu is coming into this fight with a significant injury, which will no doubt have an effect on his cardio. Phuc Yu had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yu throws a series of punches but Magnus moves out of range.
Yu is breathing heavily.
Magnus shoots in for a double leg but Yu sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Magnus closes the distance and clinches up with Yu, looking for a takedown. Magnus pushes Yu against the cage but Yu circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Magnus changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Yu tries to avoid it but Magnus manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Yu to the ground. Yu escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Phuc Yu has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Paragon Magnus.

Yu throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Magnus tries to bum rush Yu with a series of wild strikes but Yu uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Magnus moves into the clinch.
Magnus is trying to drag Yu to the mat but Yu just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Magnus turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Magnus manages to end up in side control.

Magnus throws an elbow but Yu slips to the side and avoids it well.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Phuc Yu.
I think Magnus has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
