Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Hyuga Neji (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ed Martin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Hyuga Neji!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Ed Martin!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Shigeki Fujiwara and Tatsuya Matsuyama.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Neji lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.

Neji unloads a knee to the mid-section. Martin lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.

Martin must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

I would just about give that final round to Ed Martin.
