Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lelei Tinae (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Michael Nero (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Hirohito Nitta and Kenichi Hosakawa.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nero changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Tinae tries to avoid it but Nero manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Tinae to the ground. Tinae escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Lelei Tinae seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Tinae lands with a hook. Nero tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Nero takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Tinae slaps away a takedown attempt from Nero, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Nero fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Lelei Tinae has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Michael Nero.

Tinae feints and as Nero raises his hands in defense, Tinae changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Tinae stands up and waves to Nero to follow him.
Tinae throws the left hand but Nero avoids the punch easily.
Tinae throws a hook but Nero blocks it.
Nero shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Tinae as he avoids it easily.
Tinae lands a high kick to the side of Nero's head that stuns him and send him tumbling down to the canvas! Tinae dives into guard, looking to finish.

Nero is rocked!

It looks like Michael Nero has been cut.
Nero looks gassed!
Tinae stands up over Nero, holding on to his feet. Tinae throws the legs to one side and dives in with a huge shot that lands flush on the chin! Nero is out cold! Tinae lands a couple more shots and the ref tackles him out of the way! What a brutal finish!
