Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tate Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Przemek Rybacki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tate Johnson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Przemek Rybacki!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, George Francis and Daniel Franklin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rybacki feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Johnson's calf.
Johnson looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Rybacki closes the distance and lands a one-two.

Rybacki darts in and clinches Johnson up against the cage.

Rybacki breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Rybacki moves into the clinch successfully.

Rybacki gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.
Rybacki cracks Johnson with a solid left hand.
Rybacki lands a couple of decent looking shots.
Rybacki missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.

Rybacki working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Johnson's head.
Rybacki stays in close to Johnson's body and controls the position.

Rybacki stands up and beckons Johnson to join him on the feet.

Rybacki lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Johnson avoids a punch combination nicely.
Rybacki is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Johnson takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.

Rybacki closes the distance and clinches.

Rybacki pulls guard effortlessly.
Johnson knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Rybacki on the ground.

Johnson won't allow Rybacki to sweep him here.
Rybacki wants to stand up but Johnson is controlling him.
Rybacki is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.
Johnson throws and elbow that misses. Rybacki uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Johnson's guard. Nice move by Rybacki!
Johnson is striking but Rybacki is not phased and passes to half guard.
Rybacki slips a nice elbow through Johnson's hands, connecting with Johnson's forehead.
Rybacki works his foot free and advances to mount.
Johnson is bucking up trying to escape but Rybacki cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
Rybacki has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

The referee warns Johnson that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

Johnson tries to reverse the position but Rybacki maintains control.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Rybacki pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Rybacki blocks Johnson's feeble attempts to strike from the bottom.
Johnson swinging wildly from the bottom but he's not landing.

Rybacki can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Johnson is looking to escape.

BOOM! Rybacki connects with a massive shot to the dome!

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Przemek Rybacki dominated that round.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Johnson shoots for a takedown but Rybacki saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Rybacki cracks Johnson with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.

The fight moves into the clinch position.

Rybacki breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Rybacki tries to close the distance and clinch but Johnson swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Johnson on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Rybacki throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Rybacki dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Johnson. That did some damage!

Johnson avoids a punch combination nicely.

Rybacki moves into range and clinches up with Johnson.

and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Rybacki connects with a nice looking jab.
Johnson takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.

Johnson fails in his attempt to clinch.
Johnson fails to land with a series of punches.
Rybacki connects with a good right hand that stumbles Johnson. Johnson circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Rybacki lands with a right hand.
Rybacki scores with a hook.
Rybacki shoots for a double leg takedown but Johnson sprawls well. He's pushed Rybacki's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tate Johnson. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Johnson throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Rybacki's waist but Rybacki gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Johnson off to one side.
Rybacki throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Rybacki displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Johnson throws out the jab.

Tate Johnson is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Rybacki looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Johnson throws a combination that misses
and Rybacki cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Johnson lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Rybacki circles away quickly and effectively.
Johnson closes the distance but Rybacki moves to the side
and Rybacki counters with a lovely shot to the body.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Przemek Rybacki showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!

Rybacki fakes the body blow, causing Johnson to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Johnson goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!
