Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Mr Ward (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and pili pangi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ward comes to the cage accompanied by Everything in its right place- Radio Head. pili pangi has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ward fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Ward lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but pangi circles away quickly and effectively.

Mr Ward has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of pili pangi.

pangi drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Ward manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now pangi has Ward in his guard.

Ward lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for pangi!

pangi has left one of his arms exposed and Ward doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. pangi screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
