Conway comes into a darkened arena with his song building. ! ! ! (chk chk chk)- Yadnus kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Conway misses with a hook.
Conway takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Conway throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Doo San's waist but Doo San gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Conway off to one side.
Conway throws a nice looking combination but Doo San bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Doo San looks to land a right hand but Conway moved out of range.
Doo San moves out of range of the strikes.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Conway fails with an attempt to clinch.
Doo San throws out a loose jab but Conway uses good head movement to avoid it.
Doo San looks to land a left hand but Conway moved out of range nicely.
Hwoarang Doo San is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Doo San leaves Conway with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Hwoarang Doo San has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Brandon Conway.
Conway tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Doo San swivels and escapes.
Conway misses with a takedown attempt - Doo San sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Conway is keen to just control but Doo San is a slippery customer.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

The fight stays on the outside here - Conway looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Conway misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

Conway closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Doo San to the mat! Doo San manages to get full guard.
Conway thows a big elbow that misses.
Doo San lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Conway!
Conway regains half guard.
Doo San knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Conway on the ground.

Doo San is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Conway defends it well.

Conway is breathing heavily.

Conway has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Doo San can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Doo San drops back looking for a leg! Conway is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Conway manages to kick Doo San off! Doo San jumps back into Conway's guard.

Conway working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Doo San doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Doo San manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Conway had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Doo San is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Conway Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Doo San's back instead.
