Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rockin Rolla (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Robert Bingisser (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Rockin Rolla!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Robert Bingisser!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Tiny Johnson and Alan Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rolla tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Bingisser tries to clinch but Rolla moves out of range.
Rolla fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Bingisser lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Bingisser.


It looks like Rockin Rolla has been cut.
Rolla changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Bingisser tries to avoid it but Rolla manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Bingisser to the ground. Bingisser escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Bingisser lands a jab to the nose.
Bingisser closes the distance and lands a one-two.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Bingisser digs a good body shot into Rolla's ribs.
Rolla is breathing heavily.
A left and a right from Bingisser both land. Nice combination.
Rolla is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Bingisser.

Bingisser closes the distance and pushes Rolla back into the cage.
Bingisser tries to circle away but Rolla has him pinned against the cage.
Bingisser can't get the takedown.
Bingisser wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.

Robert Bingisser seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Bingisser throws a right hand that Rolla ducks under and follows up with a left that Rolla also avoids with ease.
Bingisser looks to land a combination. Rolla sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Bingisser has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Rolla is trying to keep an underhook but Bingisser manages to get the takedown into half guard.

Bingisser is looking to advance position but Rolla won't allow it.
Bingisser really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Rolla. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Bingisser throws a head kick that misses.
Bingisser moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Bingisser lands with a hook. Rolla tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Bingisser closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Rolla finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Rolla throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Rolla rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Bingisser moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Bingisser tries to close the distance and clinch up but Rolla swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Rockin Rolla is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Bingisser pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Bingisser lands a two punch combo.
Bingisser misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Bingisser decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Bingisser is stalling here. Rolla is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Bingisser seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Rolla has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

Rolla manages to capitalize on a mistake by Bingisser to take his back!

Rolla is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Bingisser is defending well though. Rolla let's go of the attempt for now.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Rolla has his opponent trapped and is landing shots. Not a good position for Bingisser.
Rolla keeps control of the position as Bingisser tries to break free.

Bingisser is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.

Rolla lands an elbow to the side of the head.
Bingisser is trying to get back to his feet but Rolla has full control of the position and if anything, Bingisser has just worked his way into a worse spot.
Rolla lands a shot to the head.

Rolla is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Bingisser defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined.

Rockin Rolla overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
The referee is taking a good look at Bingisser as he is on the wrong end of some big shots from Rolla!
Bingisser is keeping busy.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Bingisser controlling the position well but he knows he's in a bad position.
Bingisser is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.

Rolla is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. Bingisser has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Rolla has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Bingisser taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Rolla doesn't care though - he's delighted!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:55 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Rockin Rolla!
